$2 Million Verdict in Auto/Pedestrian Case Against Hudson County,
New Jersey. This was a case in which a woman was struck while walking across a
Hudson County street, by a transportation van owned by Hudson
County, New Jersey. The woman suffered multiple serious injuries,
including her neck, back, and pudendal nerve. During negotiations
prior to trial the insurance company for Hudson County offered
$850,000 to settle the case, and that offer was rejected. The case
then went to trial and resulted in a $2 million jury verdict in
favor of the plaintiff.
$1.4 Million Settlement for Nurse Malpractice.

$1.2 million award in truck accident case.
This was a case in which a truck driver transporting an 18-wheel
tractor-trailer filled with plastic irrigation coils sustained
serious injuries when the coils rolled over his legs after he
attempted to unload the trailer. The claims included negligence
against the company who loaded the coils onto the rig in a faulty
manner. The case settled after arbitration for $1.2 million.
$400,000 settlement in Auto Accident case. This case
involved a woman was who was struck by a driver who ran a stop sign,
causing the accident. As a result of the impact, the plaintiff
sustained injuries to her neck, back and most significantly to her
knee. As a result of the injury to her knee, the plaintiff was
forced to undergo laparoscopic surgery to repair the damaged
cartilage in her knee. This case settled shortly before the
trial.
$395,000 settlement in Roll-Over Accident. The plaintiff was
a young woman who was a passenger in an automobile. Unfortunately,
the driver attempted to take a turn too fast causing him to lose
control of the vehicle, resulting in a roll-over. As a result of
this accident, plaintiff suffered a severe fracture to her arm
requiring implantation of hardware to stabilize the bone. The
plaintiff was left with permanent pain in her arm.
$250,000 settlement for neck injuries.
The plaintiff was injured when her vehicle collided with another
vehicle at an intersection. The defendant and the
investigating police officer claimed that plaintiff ran a red light,
although plaintiff contended she had the green light. As a
result of the accident, plaintiff sustained injuries to the discs in
her neck requiring surgery.
$240,000 settlement for Rear-End Collision.
